Arvind Kejriwal’s comment on people of Bihar: Delhi can’t serve everyone

Arvind Kejriwal said “One person from Bihar buys a ticket to Delhi for Rs 500, returns after availing free treatment worth Rs 5 lakhs. While it makes us happy as they are people of our own country, but Delhi has its own capacity. How can Delhi serve people of entire country?”

Arvind Kejriwal seems to have one more controversial statement, this time again on people of UP and Bihar. In a video shared by ANI, he talked about people of Bihar availing treatment

Soon after this tweet, he came on target of opposition Parties. Delhi BJP President Manoj Tiwari said, “He has shown his hatred again. Earlier on NRC and now such statement when there is flood in Bihar. They come here and avail treatment in hospitals of Central Government.”

Another BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga said “Delhi is not owned by Kejriwal.”

In few months, there will be Assembly polls in Delhi and total Population of Purvanchal people in Delhi is about 40 Lakhs. People of Purvanchal has dominance in many seats and they can be the game spoiler of AAP.

This is second time that BJP and AAP have come face to face over the issue of Purvanchal people. Kejriwal’s Comment over NRC on Manoj Tiwari was the first instance when both Parties played blame game over issue.

Rajya Sabha MP from Aam Admi Party, Sanjay singh addressed the Press Conference and targeted BJP over many issues and also defended remark of Arvind Kejriwal.

Election Commission is yet to declare the election date for Delhi but efforts to attract voters have been started by all parties.
